1900 BJJ CLASS
Instruct by Coach ( ALMIRO )
First fifteen minutes:
-Normal Jog,Knee up, Touch your hips
-jumping jacks 10,side jack 10,cross jack 10, bend you knee 10
-45 degree lie down, sit up 10,triangle 10, kimura 10, side shrimp 10
-pumping 10 and dive pumping 10.
Warm up:
-lie down and knee up
-squad down and knee up
First bjj move:(break opponent balance)
1.opponent jab our faces,block opponent hand to inner side
2.squad down and move in to opponent hips
3.move the leg near the hips and grip both of opponent legs.
4.step to the side and lift opponent legs to break his balance.
Second bjj move:(turn from guard to mount) by pushing hips
1.when opponent is in the guard,grip opponent uniform to control opponent.
2.opponent will try to stand up,open the guard and post both leg beside the hips.
3.use leg to push opponent hips and pull open uniform the control opponent.
4.bend the leg and pull opponent and push to the air.
5.throw opponent to the ground without leaving opponent hips.
6.Sit above opponent and complete the mount.
Third bjj move: (turn from guard to mount) by holding legs.
1.when opponent is in the guard,grip opponent uniform to control opponent.
2.opponent will try to stand up,open the guard and hold both opponent legs.
3.open the guard and post both legs above opponent stomach and push opponent down.
4.knee up and step in to opponent chest and complete the mount.
Last session:
Playing with partner.
1 round to switch opponent to the ground.
2nd round to open opponent guard.
Final exercise:
Superman post for six pax
Complete! Ush!!!!
